Christ Fellowship Church Memphis
Our Sunday worship service starts at 10 a.m. It is a time for us to experience dynamic praise and worship as we honor God and seek His presence. We (on purpose) allow time for worship in song and a time for a friendly welcome of our friends and guests. This is followed by a relevant and Spirit-filled approach to the teaching of God’s Word. Many of our services also allow for a time of prayer and ministry for those in need. By the way, please don’t worry about your dress. You don’t have to dress up if you don’t like. We are more of a casual to dress casual church. Your clothes are of little importance at CFC. Come as you are.

A Lifestyle of Worship
The Great Commission
Kingdom Principles
Godly Families
A Christian Worldview
Our worship is a time of dynamic praise and worship. We have a group of praise and worship singers who lead our congregation into the presence of God. We sing everything from contemporary gospel, praise and worship songs, hymns, etc. We have a small instrumental combo that would be viewed as contemporary in function and style. We use synthesizers instead of pianos and organs. Our intent is to help our congregation to move into worship and to experience His presence on a weekly basis. We believe that this aspect of genuine worship is critical for a believer’s life.

God Loves You
Receiving Christ is very simple. Many people do not understand that God, Creator of all things, loves them. The Bible says in John 3:16, “For God so loved the world that He gave His one and Only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life.”
The Problem
However, there is a problem. God is holy; this means that he cannot and will not have a relationship with anyone who is sinful. The Bible says in Isaiah 59: 2, “But your iniquities (sins) have separated you from your God.” Romans 3:23 also states, “For all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God.” Because all of humanity has sinned, we could not have a right relationship with God. Because of our sin, we were all condemned to eternal separation from God (hell).
The Solution
The Good News is this-For the wages of sin is death, but the gift of God is eternal life through Christ Jesus our Lord.” Even in our sin, God gave us the free gift of His Son so that we could have newness of life.
The Bible says in Romans 5:6, “You see, at just the right time, when we were still powerless, Christ died for the ungodly.” When Jesus died for us, our sin was taken away; now God sees us as new in His Son, Jesus.
The Bible says in 2 Corinthians 5:17, “Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, the new creation has come; the old has gone, the new is here!”
How Do You Receive Salvation
If you want to be saved, made new in Christ, this is your part.
The Bible says, “Believe on the Lord Jesus Christ, and you shall be saved” Acts 16:31). There is nothing you can do, but believe and you shall be saved, for salvation is a gift. Romans 10:9,10, says that if you truly believe in Jesus as Lord, you will believe in your heart and confess with your mouth to that truth.
Now pray this: Dear God, I believe in my heart that Jesus died for me, a sinner. I believe that He also rose from the grave by your power. I now make Jesus the Lord of my Life. Father, I give you who I am from this day forward. Thank You for saving me. Amen.
Now, we invite you to our church or to some other Bible- believing church where you can grow in your new life in Christ.
